So, me being the ain’t shit dude that I am, I was joking about all the fly ass pyramid companies that lock you in a room and try to convince you that you will be free for life and retire at 20 if you sell this shit to your family. Pretty much, if you not a top person in that shit you not bout to get paid.
Catching a flight to Miami a few weeks ago, I read a story on crowd sourcing and how they tax it. Pretty much, people buy shares in a company that hasn’t been created yet. Then, the company is built off all the people giving money because they believe in the product. These people own shares in the company before it even starts. One memory I have of college or high school – not sure which one those were my get high and drive fast days – was the benefits of a partnership and the ease of establishment.
Now, I may sound like I’m all over the place, but be patient – I am bringing it full circle.
Most people don’t know what I do, and half the time I don’t even know what I do, but my main source of income is a website company and a travel agency. Part of what I do with my web company is talk to a lot of young hopefuls with aspirations of starting a super site with $100 and a dream. One thing I’ve learned in business is I am winning cause I put up the money to turn a dream into a reality. I don’t give a damn about how much it is – if I don’t make it, people will never support it. In the beginning, I would try throwing trips with others but they were either side tracked or didn’t see the dream. Problem is, these people and I weren’t like minded. Winning is a mindset. Imagine if you took 5 like minded girls with the same dream of starting an online boutique and the success they would make. We all see how Instagram sells for 2 billion dollars and we wish that was us, but we don’t see how he prolly maxed out his credit cards to make it happen. Winning has zero comfort i.e. maxing cards, losing friends, losing lovers etc.
So I came up with this idea: Why not partner with someone who has the skills and believes in the dream? My life got 1,000 times easier and Jesus shined on me the day He sent me my assistant. I will make much more money than when I was doing shit on my own. Take 5 people: sales, administration, marketing, operations, and money man. You get these 5 people together, setup a structure, and split all costs 5 ways. You got 5 rich people in the next 3 years.
Let’s look at some basic rules:
Rules of This Shit
- Everyone is appointed a job that needs to be done by a deadline. If they can’t get it done, they give update as to why – cause shit happens.
- Meetings are mandatory. Shit happens, but it don’t happen that often.
- Everything that costs, is split evenly and voted on. If 3 out of 5 vote for it, put up the money or you’re out.
- If you go more than a month inactive you’re out completely and someone else is brought in at a lower rate cause they weren’t there in the beginning.
- We all report to someone more knowledgeable than us as a mediator and major decision maker whos decisions are final.
- Book club includes books that will move the company forward. We all read the same damn book.
- Everything works in harmony. You mess up the harmony and you gotta go. Judas messed up the harmony Jesus had and it got him crucified.
I left a few rules out, but ya’ll get the drift. Do ya’ll have any idea how soon you can establish and gain growth with such a way to move forward? We get so bent on our own ideas. The graveyard is the richest place in the world cause its full of great ideas that died. If you’re smart do this, take the profit, then start your own shit. One thing I learned about working in the corporate world is the structure is sound but the management just wasn’t worth the shit. Egos get in the way and people start thinking they know too much. If you knew all that you would already be the shit. I don’t have any partners cause I got tired of waiting on people and decided I would be the shit whether I had a partner or not, but this is before I had this idea. You lazies want a pyramid scheme? Its bullshit and doesn’t exist. You wanna hit the lottery? Its bullshit and doesn’t exist. You say one day you will make it happen? I watched my grandmother die talking about a “one day” that never came. In all honesty, I’m watching people around that I know will die and never see their “one day”. We buy heels, cars, and Gucci belts before we buy into our own damn dream. Ok, real talk, I’m guilty on the Gucci belt, but I ain’t buy it – my cruise check did. I ain’t here to control your life, but you bullshittin’ if you think one day will come. Here is a structure you can make it happen and make serious money within 2 years. As long as everybody is doing their job – the company propels.
If you’re serious, I will piece all y’all asses together and make it happen. I may even partner in a few of them just to keep me busy. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
